1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AxeMaster, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

AxeMaster provides AI-powered guitar instruction through a desktop application (Mac, Windows, Linux). The service includes:

• Real-time audio feedback using USB audio interface
• Personalized learning paths (390 levels)
• Badge mastery system with 7-day renewal cycle
• Video lessons from Bernd Kiltz
• Progress tracking and analytics
• AI teacher based on 30+ years of teaching experience

Requirements: Desktop computer, USB audio interface (USB 2.0 Class Compliant), internet connection.

3. Beta Access

During the closed beta period, access is by invitation only. Beta users acknowledge that the service is under development and may contain bugs or incomplete features.

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person
• Accounts are non-transferable

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the AI system
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Abuse or overload the platform infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including lesson materials, AI responses, and platform design, is owned by AxeMaster. Your learning data and progress remain yours.

7. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are €24/month. Beta users may receive special pricing. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis during the beta period.

9. Limitation of Liability

AxeMaster is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
